Company background

Experience carried through generations of workshop practice.

The technical director completed his apprenticeship in 1986, meaning he was no longer an apprentice from that point. That milestone marked his transition into qualified hands-on technical practice. In 2006, he co-established a joint technical company around industrial machine repair, machining and fabrication. ATOLABTECH Technical Enterprises became an independent registered business name in 2023, carrying forward that long practical workshop experience.

Technical discipline

Every repair starts with accurate assessment.

Measurement, inspection and material awareness prevent guesswork. The aim is simple: understand what failed, choose the right machine process, fit it correctly and return the equipment with confidence.

Method

A compact workflow for urgent technical jobs.

  1. 1

    Bring the problem

Share the failed part, machine symptoms, dimensions, photos or production impact.

  2. 2

    Diagnose the failure

Check wear, fit, alignment, material condition and whether repair or replacement is best.

  3. 3

    Machine and rebuild

Prepare the part, machine surfaces, fabricate support pieces and fit the assembly.

  4. 4

    Return to service

Confirm movement, fit and readiness so the machine can go back into useful work.
